Order Processing Time

All orders placed on https://omzenix.com are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Destinations

Omzenix LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Omzenix LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Omzenix LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
