30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Omzenix LLC provides a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns. This means you will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Shipping Rates & Times: We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the US. Shipping time is generally 3-5 business days after processing.
  • Shipping Area: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
